The Acorn Lite has thin curved arms with tapered ends. This makes for a smooth medium length spin and easy wrapping. The acorn at the base has a little bit more of a tip for easier winding if you do a temp wind on. The weight is reduced from the ends of the arms, so Acorn Lite still has the same solid feel in your hand as Acorn Original. 
 
These 3D printed, light, and pocket sized cross-arm spindles are perfect for traveling and spinning on the go. They are durable and printed in PLA. I print the shafts split lengthwise for strength so the tip is less fragile.
Each spindle has a cute Acorn on the bottom for a little bit of weight. Comfortably fits 30g for me.
