When can I expect my order to ship?

Batty Fibers Spindles are printed to order and finished by hand. So there is always lead time before your order ships. Usually around 5-7 business days.

How can I order spindles wholesale?

Can I request a custom design or colorway?

I do not make custom colorways or custom designs.

 

Can I order a spindle from a past drop that is no longer on the website?

Spindle drops are updated seasonally to keep things fun for me, but also as my access to colors changes. If it's not on the site, unfortunately, it is not available. Some colorways may return the next time that season comes around though, so keep an eye out!

 

Will you make more hand painted Batty Fibers Spindles?

I will make more in the future, they are very time intensive and I only work on them when I am feeling inspired. I do not take custom or wholesale orders for the hand painted spindles. 

 

Can you ship my order to arrive in a specific window? (ex. to an event like a fiber fair or vacation location)

I wish shipping was predictable enough to deliver within a specific window, but it just isn't. I am at the mercy of USPS like most small businesses. I cannot guarantee shipping dates. 

 

Can you hold my order while I am out of town?

Unfortunately I can't. If you are worried about your package being unattended, please reach out to your local post office and put a temporary hold on your mail. 

 

The website says you can't ship to my country.
